Grown for its NARROW, UPRIGHT GROWTH-HABIT and attractive, evergreen foliage as a vertical accent next to the porch or deck or in containers for the deck or patio.
In containers, underplant with ivies and colorful perennials and bedding plants.

Botanical Name
Ligustrum coriaceum (L. jap. 'Rotundifolium')
Rate of Growth
Plants mature at 5-6' tall by only 2-3' wide, at a rate of 6-12" a year. May easily maintain at 3-4' tall by once-a-year pruning anytime between March and August. In containers, roots are restricted so plants won't reach their mature height.

Whether you're located in Upstate South Carolina or Upstate New York, we're thrilled you've dropped by our site! Currently we offer either 1) curbside pickup or 2) local delivery within 50 miles of our location. We do not currently have any shipping capability to send plant material out of SC.

Please, do not order plants or hard goods if you live out of state. A 10% restocking fee will apply for out of state orders made in error.

If your tree or shrub doesn't survive for twelve months, we ask that you return the dead plant along with your receipt and we will give you a store credit for 50% of your purchase price. Annuals, herbaceous perennials, and tropicals are not covered under this warranty.
