Shipping & Delivery Policy

Local Delivery (Standard 30-Mile Radius)

  • Service Area: Standard local delivery is available for addresses within 30 miles of the nursery.

  • Scheduling & Timing: Our delivery team will contact you within 24 to 48 hours of ordering to confirm details. Deliveries typically arrive within 3 business days.

  • Flexible Hold Option: If your site is not ready, you may request to hold and delay your delivery date by up to 1 week during scheduling.

  • Drop-Off Placement: Delivery is curbside/driveway drop-off to any spot accessible by our delivery van or trailer.

  • Placement Assistance: We are happy to help move plants closer to your planting beds if the distance is reasonable and someone is on-site to assist our driver.

  • Installation Referral: We do not provide in-house planting services, but we can happily refer you to trusted local landscape contractors who handle both transportation and installation.

Extended Delivery (Up to 100 Miles for Bulk Orders)

  • Exceptions for Large Jobs: We can accommodate deliveries beyond our standard 30-mile radius—up to 100 miles—for larger or bulk plant orders.

  • Custom Rates & Inquiries: Pricing for extended delivery is determined on a case-by-case basis by our logistics team. If you are interested in an extended delivery quote, please reach out via our website contact form, email, or phone to discuss options.

In-Store & Curbside Pickup

  • Free pickup is available at the nursery.

  • Orders are typically prepped and ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification as soon as your items are staged.

Out-of-State Orders & Shipping Restrictions

  • In-State Only: We do not ship plants or hard goods out of South Carolina via standard mail or freight carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

  • Restocking Fee: Please do not place orders if you are located out of state or outside our delivery radius without prior approval. Due to payment processing and inventory hold costs, unauthorized out-of-state orders will be canceled and subject to a 10% restocking fee.
