What are your hours?
We are open year round Monday through Saturday 8:30-4pm and closed on Sunday. Should our hours be affected by inclement weather or otherwise, we will leave instructions on our voicemail as well as posted on our front gate.
I don't see a plant on your website. Can you order it for me?
All of our trees and shrubs are listed online along with pricing and availability. Annuals, perennials, and houseplants are too numerous to list online and therefore are for in-store purchasing only. If you're looking for an herbaceous perennials or other non-tree/shrub, please come visit us to check out our great selection!
Items not in stock can occasionally be ordered in quantity from our growers when available. If you are looking for 10 or more of a particular plant, contact us or give us a call!
Do you offer a warranty on your plants?
We stand behind the quality of our plants and make every effort to ensure that your purchase is healthy and true to its name. We'll help you find the right plant for the right place and give you advice to make your garden successful.
If your tree or shrub doesn't survive for twelve months, we ask that you return the dead plant along with your receipt and we will give you a store credit for 50% of your purchase price. Annuals, herbaceous perennials, and tropicals are not covered under this warranty.
I'm a total plant novice. Help me!
We're so excited you've come to visit our site! We have tons of great information to get you started in the plant world in our resources tab located HERE. We also have a library of great talks and videos on our Facebook page as well as our YouTube channel. If you're just here for the beauty, that's okay too! We have picture after picture of inspiration on our Instagram.
I'm trying to redesign my landscape and I'm stuck. Do you offer design services?
With literally thousands of plant options for your space, your yard can quickly become a case study in "paralysis by analysis"! We have several solutions offered both at your location and at the nursery that can provide clarity in your landscape renovation. We also have a list of preferred vendors that can implement your new landscape plan, provide hardscape material such as rock and mulch, and much more. For more information, you can click HERE.
What should I plant in my location? So many options!
There are many factors to consider when selecting a plant; sun exposure, mature size, soil conditions and more can be the determining factor between winning and losing in the plant game. I've evaluated my space, selected my plants, and brought them home. Now what? How do I keep them alive?
Do you deliver or ship your plants?
Whether you're located in Upstate South Carolina or Upstate New York, we're thrilled you've dropped by our site! Currently we offer either 1) curbside pickup or 2) local delivery within 50 miles of our location. We do not currently have any shipping capability to send plant material out of SC.
Please, do not order plants or hard goods if you live out of state. A 10% restocking fee will apply for out of state orders made in error.
I love your website! Now how do I visit your nursery? Where are you located?
We love our home, located conveniently in between Downtown Greer, Downtown Simpsonville, and 5 minutes from the vibrant Five Forks community. We're also an easy 20 minute (or less!) drive from the heart of Downtown Greenville. Our address is 947 Anderson Ridge Rd. Greer, SC 29651.
