Grown for its gorgeous white flowers which hang in 4-6" clusters like strands of pearls. Flowers appear in early March and last for 2-3 months, often until late May!
'Compacta' has VERY DENSE evergreen foliage and larger and more numerous flowers than the species or many other cultivars.

Plant in light shade to even quite heavy shade in soil which remains moist, but never soggy after rain or watering.

    Whether you're located in Upstate South Carolina or Upstate New York, we're thrilled you've dropped by our site! Currently we offer either 1) curbside pickup or 2) local delivery within 50 miles of our location. We do not currently have any shipping capability to send plant material out of SC.

    Please, do not order plants or hard goods if you live out of state. A 10% restocking fee will apply for out of state orders made in error.

    If your tree or shrub doesn't survive for twelve months, we ask that you return the dead plant along with your receipt and we will give you a store credit for 50% of your purchase price. Annuals, herbaceous perennials, and tropicals are not covered under this warranty.
