This fountain grass cultivar produces red, feather-like plumes in early September ; a month earlier than its family members.
This Fountain Grass is also Deer Resistant and once established is very Drought tolerant.
Tall grasses usually have some ornamental interest in the winter so don’t cut them back until spring. In spring, before the plant starts to grow, cut dead foliage back to 4-6 inches above the ground.

    Whether you're located in Upstate South Carolina or Upstate New York, we're thrilled you've dropped by our site! Currently we offer either 1) curbside pickup or 2) local delivery within 50 miles of our location. We do not currently have any shipping capability to send plant material out of SC.

    If your tree or shrub doesn't survive for twelve months, we ask that you return the dead plant along with your receipt and we will give you a store credit for 50% of your purchase price. Annuals, herbaceous perennials, and tropicals are not covered under this warranty.
