Semi-double, ROSE-RED (some say RUBY-RED) flowers cover this evergreen plant in November and December in our area.
Introduced by Alabama plantsman, Tom Dodd, 'Hot Flash' grows like the popular 'Shishi Gashira' - that is, it has a spreading growth-habit, making it a good candidate to "espallier" (train to grow flat against a wall or fence), but 'Hot Flash' reportedly has a much more vibrant flower color than 'Shishi'.

Whether you're located in Upstate South Carolina or Upstate New York, we're thrilled you've dropped by our site! Currently we offer either 1) curbside pickup or 2) local delivery within 50 miles of our location. We do not currently have any shipping capability to send plant material out of SC.
Please, do not order plants or hard goods if you live out of state. A 10% restocking fee will apply for out of state orders made in error.

If your tree or shrub doesn't survive for twelve months, we ask that you return the dead plant along with your receipt and we will give you a store credit for 50% of your purchase price. Annuals, herbaceous perennials, and tropicals are not covered under this warranty.
