Grown for its fine-textured green leaves which appear in early spring and grow quickly to form a neat clump. In August, khaki-colored bottlebrush plumes rise above foliage and look terrific for 2-3 months!
Cut foliage to about 4" anytime between November and February. New foliage reappears in March or April.

Rate of Growth
Hameln' matures at about 18" tall, with blooms at 24". Plants grow to about 18" wide over 2-3 seasons.
Where to Plant
Plant in sun in soil that does not stay soggy after rain or watering. Plants are very drought-tolerant after their first year in the garden.

    Whether you're located in Upstate South Carolina or Upstate New York, we're thrilled you've dropped by our site! Currently we offer either 1) curbside pickup or 2) local delivery within 50 miles of our location. We do not currently have any shipping capability to send plant material out of SC.

    Please, do not order plants or hard goods if you live out of state. A 10% restocking fee will apply for out of state orders made in error.

    If your tree or shrub doesn't survive for twelve months, we ask that you return the dead plant along with your receipt and we will give you a store credit for 50% of your purchase price. Annuals, herbaceous perennials, and tropicals are not covered under this warranty.
