The foliage of 'Gunsmoke' is absolutely the most STEEL-BLUE and the WIDEST of any of the Switch Grasses! Grown for its gorgeous foliage which emerges in early Spring and grows quickly to form a neat clump. In August, fine-textured, silvery-tan "flowers" float above the foliage. Plant alone as a specimen or space 3-4' apart when planting in groups of three or more. Switch Grass can thrive in both dry or quite wet planting sites.

    Whether you're located in Upstate South Carolina or Upstate New York, we're thrilled you've dropped by our site! Currently we offer either 1) curbside pickup or 2) local delivery within 50 miles of our location. We do not currently have any shipping capability to send plant material out of SC.

    Please, do not order plants or hard goods if you live out of state. A 10% restocking fee will apply for out of state orders made in error.

    If your tree or shrub doesn't survive for twelve months, we ask that you return the dead plant along with your receipt and we will give you a store credit for 50% of your purchase price. Annuals, herbaceous perennials, and tropicals are not covered under this warranty.
