Extremely rare in the trade, 'Koto No Ito' is grown for its delicate, lacy, thread-like GREEN leaves which emerge in early spring and remain green all summer - Perfect as a
small-growing specimen tree next to the deck or patio.
Leaves then turn incredible reds and oranges, before dropping for winter.

Rate of Growth
Koto No Ito' grows very slowly to only about 10' tall and wide, at a rate of about 6" a year.
Where to Plant
Plant in a spot that receives a bit of shade from the hottest part of the afternoon summer sun.

Whether you're located in Upstate South Carolina or Upstate New York, we're thrilled you've dropped by our site! Currently we offer either 1) curbside pickup or 2) local delivery within 50 miles of our location. We do not currently have any shipping capability to send plant material out of SC.

Please, do not order plants or hard goods if you live out of state. A 10% restocking fee will apply for out of state orders made in error.

If your tree or shrub doesn't survive for twelve months, we ask that you return the dead plant along with your receipt and we will give you a store credit for 50% of your purchase price. Annuals, herbaceous perennials, and tropicals are not covered under this warranty.
